Jean-Pascal Pham-Ba is one of the cofounders and a senior officer of Solairedirect, in charge of strategic and corporate projects, business innovation, climate affairs and corporate social responsibility. He is also secretary of the board. Jean-Pascal particularly focuses on the regulatory and risks impacts on the LCOE, analyzing risks related to solar generation and on creating innovative risk management and mitigation tools for solar in a cross border context He  advocates internationally for the convergence of regulations in order to accelerate the global transition to RE. He was previously a lawyer with the firm Gide Loyrette Nouel, where he provided utilities, oil and gas majors, energy specialists and international financial institutions with consulting services on joint ventures, restructuring and financial disputes. An attorney at the French bar, he holds two Master degrees in Business Law and in Banking and Finance Law from the University of Pantheon-Sorbonne.
