Jasper van den Munckhof leads the Dutch energy transition effort that has signed a deal to refurbish 100.000 houses to net zero levels without subsidies.  As program director of the government funded energiesprong program and as member of the board of the market funded association Stroomversnelling he has, for the last five years,  been deeply involved in changing the Dutch market structure to fit the needs for a energy neutral build environment. As a member of the board of EnergiesprongUK and  as “travelling soldier” in France he has been leading the successful  effort to expand the program to the UK and France.

Trained as a physical engineer on the TU Delft and awarded a master degree in International Political Economy he worked in the telecom and energy sector before setting up the Energiesprong program in 2010.
